I will use this thread to plan cruise after cruise, hopefully if the first cruise is successful there where be more events like this in the future.
I hope we can use this as the main "cruise" thread. Since it's just "Sacramento meet and cruise" it applies to all future cruising events.

If that's the goal maybe one of the mods would be so kind as to kick it over to the "meets" section? More people would see it there I would imagine.
I've never driven Icehouse before but it looks like fun. So for those suggesting it, would the route be Icehouse to Wentworth Springs? It looks like there are a few options from there, either Mosquito Rd or Georgetown Rd back to 50. Or a longer option of Georgetown Rd/193 west to 49 and then north to Auburn.
You could make it REALLY longer and turn south when you get to 49 and go all the way back to 50 in Placerville. (That actually sounds like a full day trip)

That works. There's also the Marriott across the freeway that has a big parking lot that people can roll right onto the on ramp from. Fewer lights to split people up.

This is at 2344 Sunrise Blvd Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
Yeah this is a nice location to meet up at, like you said big enough parking lot and gas stations to do last minute fueling. Besides that I don't see why not, I agree to this.

Please leave your feedback here so I know who and who isn't busy on those 3 days!
It's set and settled Hwy 50 -> Tahoe and anything in between for fun! This is not a overnight thing... Cruise to location, chill and eat at a restaurant everyone agrees on. Cruise around Tahoe... when the day is done we cruise back from where we all came from.
