Hello Mt. Madonna Thread. My buddy is trying to roll to BAM from Aptos. I cant seem to figure out where you guys are meeting up. If you do not mind letting an Integra roll with y'all please let me know the best place for him to meet up. He is a chill driver and will not make trouble for you guys.

I see Lowes at 8:00, is that the one in Gilroy?

If he's coming from Aptos the best meet up spot would be one of the San Jose groups.

Coming from Aptos to meet up with the folks coming out of monterey bay he'll have to hit 152... not a bad thing.

So if that's what he wants to do tell him to:
Head up Highway 1 south.
Hit the 152 exit and roll over the hill.
Go through the light. Stop at 1st St. coffee and get a cup of coffee.
Make a right on Wren.
Make a left on 6th.

Then you'll take 6th all the way through downtown and up over the freeway. It'll end at a light. You'll see a bunch of crap on the right... make a right there. Lowe's is about an 1/8th of a mile on your right just past costco.


That my friends is the back door. You'll hit less lights and make much better time. Ask anyone that I beat through gilroy on the last drive I was on. LOL! Back door secrets shun!

You should go to bam its a once a Year thing!! Lol

 

Auto cross that happens every week or an event that happens once a year. Really should not be a difficult decision unless you're in a championship battle.

Seriously... you miss this, I'm gonna point and laugh when everyone tells you how much fun it is.

 

Now not to sound disrespectful but in my opinion BAM is just a subaru car show and i would rather be doing something i enjoy than to walk around hundreds of subarus and wish that i had the parts that they have.

 

Thanks for the info gentlemen. I will let him know about the SJ caravan and the Gilroy one and leave it up to him.

Edit:he is going to stay at my place and come with the peninsula crew.

 

If he wants to meet up with SJ, which I think the Gilroy one is doing. My number is posted on the SJ one.
