1 vote for 7/1. Lets get it in before the 4th.

 

I'm thinking about lowering my ride an inch, what suggestions would you guys be able to help me with. Not sure of what springs to go with so I figured I ask to see what some of you have done in the past.

I'm not super up on what's out there for your car but if you do springs that lower much at all be ready for struts or do them at once.

I'd look at RCE.

 

ya im not even sure about the newer generations. RCE springs I think lower a bit more than an inch. And Black is for a bump up in performance and Yellow is for a really stiff ride.

But ive never heard a bad thing about them.

That's way too much IMO...$13k for an 05 with 58k...I got my 04 with 61k for $13k 4 years ago haha

And a new motor with only 60k on the car? Makes me wonder how the transmission is if someone blew a 2.0 with only 60k on it

 

in my opinion dont even waste money with springs, the sti is already set at a decent ride height unlike the wrx, save your money and invest in some coilovers. youll notice way better performance and a very smooth ride depending on your settings.

I am thinking everyone should be included, so how about the weekend of the 7th and 8th, when it gets closer we can set the exact day.
