I think it's dumb. Doing a part here or there. Even wheels could be smart. If the wheels don't have too many nooks and crannies and the paints in good shape it's a good way to protect them for a winter or see if you like a certain look. (I'm tinkering with doing it to test a look on my car)

But doing whole cars is crazy talk.


I'd rather vinyl wrap it.

PITA to remove...


It is a lot of fun and you can play around and do some cool things with it but I'd still never use it on a brand new paint job and really would never use it on a full car. I personally think it looks like ***. The depth of black and the way it reacts to white just looks like faded primer to me.

But to each their own.

Small parts... sure why not. I'll probably do a few things.

I like the height! I just drove around in the construction area off of 101 in Prunedale and Im on Sti springs and I was scrapping on some dirt haha.
