I thought it was fun, very little traffic on 17 and had a couple subies mobbin with me. Went to Great America was the reason for the route.

I actually like to smash 101 south to aroyo seco rd then hit Carmel valley rd to laureless grade to 68. Such a sick drive!
Just giving you a hard time. I used to love smashing 17 late at night but the road as deteriorated to complete crap in the last few years. It's dangerous as hell if you don't know where the bumps and off camber crap turns are.

Funny thing is that I traded my 8500 X50 for a shift ****. LOL!

I wasn't using the damn thing and it was giving me too many false alarms so I stopped paying attention. I'd like to get the newer passport sometime but I need to put money elsewhere for probably the next year. LOL.

My buddy is gonna be in town and the two of us are gonna have the babies for the day otherwise I'd be all over it. Maybe we'll come grab some grub on one side or the other with the kids. Hell, maybe I can talk him in to doing the run. LOL!

I figured.

It just sounded like you were planning on going knowing the route was from gilroy to watsonville and then you found out they were meeting in gilroy and bailed out.

I was confused.

I wouldn't want to drive from ptown for that either. But I have driven for meets in the passed. I used to drive about an hour each way to chill every couple weeks but that was a rad meet. Few beers and kick back.

Maybe. Mine usually says... weeeeee. She loves my car. She says... go in daddy's car. New seat!

But yeah, the exhaust usually knocks her out eventually. It's like a rumble sleep time song. Hell it puts me to sleep sometimes.

But yeah.I really need some rear end links though.

I'm scared I'd snap them. I put a lot of pressure on the end links because I run a 27mm bar and HD mounts.

I through a wanted post up and I'll drop a line to GST probably tomorrow. I just don't know when I'll be in hayward again.

Yeah. But I'm leaning toward the Stidrive or the 9500xi I think it is. I like passports technology.

The only V1 I have experience with drove me nuts with false blasts.

Yeah.. finally leaving the office. Been farting around. Worked until about 7 then just been wandering around. Time to go home to the family. Wife should be picking up the munchkin right now. Be home just in time to do the night time routine and bust out some dishes.

Do you know a good radar detector for cheap? I saw one at O'Riley today, for $100. I think it was the Whistler XTR-350?

also i just came across the Cobra XRS-9545. any good?
