Unfortunately, I won't make it. I drove for about 8 hours today coming home from my parents house and I would like to sleep in before taking care of some household chores before Monday hits.

Also, I'm not sure others will make it either due to BAM being so close. For some, it's either tomorrow or BAM.

I just woke up 20 minutes ago. I guess that's what happens when you finish off the nite w/ a Brewtus at applebee's after having a few suds and a sangria at a pool party earlier in the day.

Hope y'all had fun last nite and are enjoying your cruise today. I'll keep my eyes peeled for the next one, fer shurrrr.

And with all this caravan talk, where's the thread about setting up the one for BAM in only TWO WEEKS?!?

Stephen, it was great to meet you and chill a little bit. I hope that you have safe travels to Colorado, and some fun while you're there.

Ah! I was wondering why there weren't any caravan threads yet. I know last year there were maybe 5 or 6 different caravan threads in the BAiC alone.

Oh, and I just saw the suggestion for your group to stage off Redwood. Since I'm from V-town, I can tell you that it ain't the best place to hop onto 80 very easily.

My suggestions for y'all would be:
1. the Hunter Hill rest area
2. the Courtyard Marriott across the street from Six Flags Discovery Kingdom
3. the spot where the Fairfield-Vacaville contingent will stage (info found here)

And depending on how large your group ends up being, one place will be more ideal over the other.

Finally, since people have been having trouble hunting down info on when & where your meets N drives are, it's probably a good idea to start a separate thread for the North Bay caravan.

Hope this helps. Just my $0.02.

So on Saturday we talked about doing our monthly drive then the following weekend going to BAM.
I can't take to Sunday in a row off to do the drive and go to BAM. I would like to do both but it looks like its going to happen for me. So I'm going to do the drive.

My point now is who is going to do the monthly drive? Also were too?

I think what we were saying is to count the BAM event as our monthly drive. Someone correct me if Im wrong but it does seem more logical that way.

If that's the plan to have our monthly drive to go to BAM. Lets make it official so I can ask for time off and who ever else need to ask for time off of work to make it to BAM.
