Also about the fair fax road I do recommend a spotter. That's if you want to go buck wild on that road. Still you really don't have alot of open road to go fast. Its just very twisty and small road kinda like Skaggs if your going from west to east.

Off topic regarding the BAM meet, Chris B mentioned something about possibly caravaning down to Fremont with the sac subies. Been looking for threads about the caravan citation nd haven't seen em yet. Possibly due to it still been a few days away grom BAM. Does anyone know whats happening with that?

Yes! Pls get a caravan started. Y'all don't necessarily have to join up w/ the Sac one though. As they're likely gonna be 25-30 strong, it can get dicey when the group gets bigger than that. Especially since they do NOT plan to make any stops once they leave fr Sac.

Not sure about anyone else, but I'm more comfy when I'm able to get a face-to-face (even for a few minutes) before driving in a pack. If I didn't have to get to the park early for set-up, I'd be jumping into one of the caravans near me.

 

As another "new guy" to this thread, I'm a bit confused myself.

Just making sure I got things straight. There is an i-club meet on Sat at 7pm. Is it Novato or Sebastopol? Cuz I've seen both places said.

There is also a drive on Sun some time in the mid-morning via fb invite. The drive is set up thru another forum/car club that a few i-clubbers are also members of. What if one doesn't facespace? Are me and my stock & dirty bugeye wgn invited to join?

 

The meet is at 7pm at the Starbucks in the oakvillage in novato. That meet will happen this Saturday. As for the drive on Sunday, idk whats happening with that. Idk who Brough it up as we jst did our monthly drive few weeks ago. The next drive will be after the first of August, wicg will be on sunday yhe 4th. As for u nd ur bigg eye joining, u are more than welcome to join my friend. Hope u can make it to the Saturday meet this Saturday at 7pm.

There should be an official "what we are doing" thread, and then another for talking about random crap. It gets confusing when people suggest all kinds of crazy things, but there is not official "what's going on" place to refer to. I'm moving this weekend, and likely won't be around...

Moving way the eff up North, haha, Windsor/North Santa Rosa for the next couple months.

 

SUNDAY'S meet was arranged by another club me and Stephen are members of and it has to do with him leaving the bay area in a matter of weeks. This will be his VERY LAST meet with us so I hope you all can make it. I don't really know any details but it doesn't matter because Stephen will be missed (especially by me since i'll now be the only black sheep of our group lol).
