Buzzing ECU sound? Legacy GT-B
Occasionally I hear what appears to be a buzzing sound emanating from the passenger footwell. I'm assuming it must be the ECU.
It doesnt happen regularly - but the occasions on which it did I must say that I was WOT at the time.
It sounds a bit like the electric noise a fuel pump makes but I've ruled that out since the sound is coming from a different location.
Anyone else has this problem? (No trouble codes appear BTW). I should also add that the car is stock standard with no mods (except for a SQV blow-off)

I presume by GT-B we are not talking about a USDM model legacy...
Tighten every screw you can around that area of the car, pull up the carpet and tighten the ecu pannel. If you want, you can leave the carpet off and maybe have someone else ride with you to see if they can locate the noise.

Thanks. I'll give it a shot this weekend.
Trouble is everytime you get the mechanic into the car - you can never emulate the sound again ... right until he steps off the car and you drive away from the workshop!
P.s GT-B meaning the JDM BH5 TT stationwagon with Bilstein sus.
