Yes, you can swap the 2.5 in there. Tranny too. The engine will either need a bit of wiring work to run off of the 2.5 ecu, or perhaps a bit less work to run off of the 2.2 ecu. The tranny wil need the rear diff, axle, etc. too. Brakes should swap just fine. Struts, dont know, leather seats, dont know either.

Yes. I've done it. Go search bbs.legacycentral.org and you'll find the info you need.

What about the transmission???
Why would you want to do that?

would the shocks be easy to transfer? brakes? rotors? leather seats?
Why? why? why? and yes.

Yes, they very well may be; but why pull off your worn parts to just replace them with other worn parts? Just get new bits.

If the 99 has like 40k miles on it while the 93 has like 200k, it makes perfect sense to swap parts.

You can leave the 2wd tranny. Just dont expect it to last too long.
