4EAT to 5spd Write up? DIY?
I am trying to find a DIY/Write up for a auto to manual swap...anyone know where to look or does anyone have a write up on it!? I know people have done it but I cant seem to find a DIY on it. If someone could point me in the right direction or towards someone that has done the swap. Would be much appreciated!

when I wanted my auto converted to a manual I contacted GST Motorsports, a reputable and skilled shop here in Northern California. They told me that it was a project they did not feel they were skilled enough to undertake and suggested I contact LIC Motorsports, which I did.
Whats my point? This is a job not even every skilled shop is willing to give a shot at. It's not a bolt-on mod and requires new wiring. I left my car with LIC for 5 days and I think they started the project on the 2nd day it was there and I left in the evening of the 5th day, its not a simple job.
This all is why you're probably not going to find a DIY write up. My advice, find a very highly qualified shop in your area, drop your car off, rent a car, and tell them there's no rush and to let you know when they're done.
