Problems With Installing Headlights

I have a 2003 WRX and i just bought some PROJECTOR HEAD LIGHTS..... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=310062960444

When I took the old ones out and installed the new ones and connected the wires together all the lights come on as one and the turn signals dont flash the only stay on light a head light.... is there something else i have to do with the wiring?.... also now my fog lights wont come on when i wired the new ones in.... any tips would help out a lot.... thanks....

there should be wiring instructions on i-club, nasioc, or scoobymods as it is well known that the wiring on the eBay headlights sucks. You're not the first, no worries.

Sorry to say but those are very crappy lights. There are numerous threads on NASIOC (probably here too) discussing just how crappy they are. Even though they are "projectors", the beam pattern is terrible and the build quality is awful.
That said, the problem you are having can be fixed because they are not wired correctly from the factory. You'd think that after having these on the market for several years now the mfr. would have figured out how to wire them properly, but no such luck.
The center pin on the 9007 connector is the common (for common positive), and that is the one that the two wires connected together should be on. You'll see that in fact those wires are on a different pin. You have to swap them to the center pin to make the lights work the way they are supposed to. As for which of the other pins is low beam and which is high, can't help you there. That will be trial and error, although there may not be any difference lighting-wise between the two.
Once you get the wiring taken care of, you'll see how lousy the lighting really is.

thanks all for the input.... yeah i did read up and found out that they are not that great of headlights and that they do come from the factory with the incorrect wiring.... i should have done some research first before purchase....... i also found something on how to rewire them on scoobymods so hopefully that works out.... i will rewire and see how they turn out.... ill let everyone know how it works for anyone that might have these lights..... thanks again.....
