Today I took out my VF39 turbo to go get the wastegate ported.. When I get there they tell me I have a cracked compressor housing, which I do. So I take the turbo back I put it back in and primed the oil pump.. Hook everything put the top mount on and everything ready for a start. Tried starting it and it didnt start. Kept the key in the on position and noticed a buzzing coming from the throttle body and took the top mount off to check it out. We looked in the throttle body and noticed that it wasnt closed all the way. It continued to buzz and tried reseting the ECU, no luck.. We are out of ideas on what to do. Wondering if anybody can help.

Its a 04 STi, with Turbo back exhaust.
