I've had Progressive do some work for me in the past.....I'd say it was decent work. I believe most of the older guys are no longer there and it seems like it really just depends on who does the work. But Bill (the owner) is a cool guy and very knowledgeable.

If you've gone to Island Sound for several years I'd assume you're rather particular on the type of sound (and brands of equipment) you like, and Progressive is the only other shop that sells the same mix of equipment.

I've had Special T do a number of things to my car and my girlfriends car and they were fair in their prices and their service was excellent.
As for legal action, thats not the place to start. Go to the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce and see what they tell you.
