Turbo blown? Maybe i dunno
Nah id inspect that banjo bolt behind the pass head. Its called a union bolt. It has a filter in it thats known for clogging. Take that banjo bolt out and jusy check if its clogged. I read that its about 17 bucks brand new or something like that. Id look into that before removing the oil pan. Like you said work your way back. Start with the little things. Stay away from the oil pan till you have no options left. My bet is that oil feed line and/or that union bolt.

Edit. This originally said there was no oil but there is so time for a new line. Oil gushes outta engine but drips outta oil feed line turbo side.
I have come to the conclusion of oil starvation.
I took out turbo, ign fuse and cranked to see if oil came out of feed. only a drop.
I took off the union bolt from the head and 1. no filter and 2. GUSHES oil when cranking
Is the turbo side of this oil feed line supposed to supply just drops of oil or a good flow?

Did you try blowing air through the feed line to try and clear out the line? Are yoy testing the turbo side with our without thw banjo? Maybe try it without thw banjo?
Are you cranking long enough to get the oil psi up?
Maybe got gunk in there. Im assuming there should be a good amount of pressure in the feed line to the turbo. If only drips are coming out then theres an obvious restriction.

Ok it appears oil is coming out now. Ghetto tested new feed vs old oil feed. Couldn't get air through old feed. New one I can
As far as the flow rate. Drops are not cutting it. It ****s oil super fast.
Next problem. Clean the engine bay of the **** ton if oil. It shot my bottle off the end.

No signs of damage. Keeping an eye out for noises or smoke but it boosted to target and everything. Wouldn't doubt she may have a scuff or brazing

Also, did you take the screen out of the new oil line? Those have been implicated in a LOT of turbo failures when the get clogged. And apparently don't do much of anything useful.

Anyways I never had any screens. I am not sure how but my feed line got clogged. I need to change oil and make sure there is not anything that would somehow wiggle past the filter
