light problem... any assistance please :)

hello, so i haven't really met anyone, so there's no one i could just pm or txt for help, which is why i created a thread.

so any ways, onto my problem. i have a 2012 wrx hatch bought from shaggy. apparently my right turn signal started blinking fast (like flickering) every time i signal right. some other facts to help diagnose...

- "hazard lights" blink like normal
- only when i use the "turn signal" to turn right, it blinks fast
- i have only swapped the headlights from a 2011, but i made sure all connections are okay.
- today, i noticed that that front right bulb is a bit dim, which is why it's posing a problem now.

does any one by any chance have any insight as to why this might be, and how i could possibly go about fixing it? any help would be greatly appreciated

This may sound dumb, but are one of the blinkers burnt out?

He's saying that because you're going to go in for warranty work...and you changed the headlights...that didn't come with the car...do I have to say more without telling you what might happen?

i read the thread provided by flat ^^^ and i just fidgetted with the wiring and the socket, and it works now. hopefully that was good enough as a fix. apparently i would have troubles if i did have to go in, because i swapped my lights, and my stock lights are retroed :P good going mike >.< haha

nonetheless, thanks everyone for the tips and input!!
