That is true, and I've heard stories about it from some of our customers too. I know that with "incidents" on your record, it does get harder to find a good deal. The hardest part is if you find a good deal.....will you have good coverage? I see first hand which insurance companies bend over their customers. While SF may not necessarily be the cheapest, IMO, they truly care about customer satisfaction and retention.
