I was paying $1,500 for my studio in NYC. 
I don't think you'll have too much trouble finding a 2 bedroom that meets your requirements for $1,200. Just remember living in paradise comes with a price.

Are there rental property magazines there like in the stores? Can someone give me the name of some of them. Im doing a search and keep getting the 1000 vacation rentals and such. Cant find a single site that has just long term rentals.
