thanks for all the help i found out it was a few bolts, holding the turbo and the uppipe together so the gasket between the turbo and the uppipe was making that high rattleing nosie. gots to check all bolts on car just to make sure nows.

Loctite - Every mechanics friend.

Loctite 266 High-temp Threadlocker

Just don't drown your bolts in em, otherwise you'll never get em off.
