what about one over the turbo?. If the screws are loose then it's possible it's rattling. You would need to bend it or cut the heat shield more to stop the rattling

you sure it's coming from the turbo area or are you guessing? when do you notice it? meaning what RPM? as soon as you stop on the gas? what's your mileage.. you need to provide more information to get some help. what's your driving style... it could be valve knock

throwing a cel = get it read. in the time it takes you to read all the coments you could go have the code read and probably figure it out. othewise i'm gonna say you need a new muffler bearing

I would do what Jus(04sleeper) suggest. Worst case scenario depending on how you look at it is that the turbo could be shot. Common things are like loose heat shields but you aint got none, loose bolts on the dp, and I remember reading something on Saab forums about something about a worn rode end being near the WG. Sorry I have slight bad memory so dont quote me on this.
