If you hate the system so much, just do like I did and buy a car you don't need to modify.
You want to modify your car? You have to pay to play. You may think it sucks, but you can't do a damn thing about it. So you might as well live with it, or GTFO. Or run for office if you really want change. Everyone can rage about the system, yet no one actively tries to change it...

not sure why i'm even replying back to this. If i wanted a beater to be dd and hate life I would have. But I bought my subie to build because its an investment. So i used my well earned deployment money and started building on it. I have done all the basic requirements already, title, plates, insurance, safety, tint. Eventually soon Ill ship it back no big deal.

if you're building a car as an "investment" i hope you pick up a dictionary soon as learn the meaning on the word investment. at least you'll be too broke to live here and are going back soon. i get the feeling the reason you didn't pass recon wasn't because of the inspector....wait is this Scott Caan? it sure sounds like it, come clean man

most people here live in a single room apartment with mulitple families...sounds familiar. Yes any vehicle depreciates the minute you drive it off the lot. No matter if it's a house or a vehicle its a major purchase that people put their time, effort, money into. I can see here by all the negative responses that some of you I wouldn't even wave to even if you were driving a subaru. Don't throw your **** tantrum at me because you chose to stay on this rock and deal with what you were given.
