ok so after checking everything to make sure its all working I have come to the conclusion that my Actual ABS motor is bad. I am assuming it is the motor relay because it seem to be giving out constant power to the motor.

Anyone have one lying around?

im not sure if the relay itself activates the pump or simply powers the abs system, but its easy to check if the relay is bad. bust out the multimeter and check the switched poles on the relay for continuity. the relay would probably of an n/o type. if there is continuity when the relay isnt powered then the relay may be bad. if there isn't then maybe some thing is activating the relay when it shouldn't, but again, we dont know if the relay is the actual device the triggers the pump action or powers the whole system. a look at the fsm's wiring diagram should tell us what activates the pump.

Well from all the wire diagrams I am looking at it appears its the only thing left. I don't like the fact that apparently
The relay is within the pump and the pump is "unserviceable". I did find a crack on the plastic cover which is probably where water gets in, making the light go off.

Pin 25 takes power from battery(off screen) then goes to motor relay and onto the pump. Pin 1 comes from the ABS relay which clicks on with ignition thus activating the motor relay then pump. I tested this relay and it click when its supposed to. So I assume that the motor relay is STUCK closed then taking power from pin 25 and applying to Pump Motor.

LMK if i am reading this wrong

My code
DTC 52

ABNORMAL MOTOR AND/OR MOTOR RELAY
