Anthony,

MSF course if the sure way to get it. Also, it will transfer around with you for the Military.

Or just take it down to the stadium overflow parking lot, every day at 8am is the road test. I think! good luck!

Sigterm is right. Any MSF installation will teach you how to ride and the cert is transferable at any military installation. All the MSF installations teach at least these two courses: Basic Rider Course and Experienced Rider Course. Some may have have adequate space for a sports bike rider or dirt bike rider course. The only MSF authorized installation in Hawaii that can waive the road test at the DMV is currently LCC. I'm putting in my packet for the state so that my course will also be authorized. It won't be anytime soon, though.

I forgot how much LCC charges but as mentioned, they waive the road test at the DMV. It's highly suggested that you at least have a motorcycle permit prior to attending the course. Same goes for any MSF course (have a permit at a minimum).

I don't have any loaner bikes at my installation at the moment and HIARNG Soldiers and their dependents have priority for the seats. If you are interested in attending and have your own bike, send me a PM.

Tesh,

Did Steve or Brandon hit you up for a junkies rally this weekend? Possibly Brandon's last rally before deploying.

------

Any other supermotos here? Sigterm, I know you're going on the shrimp cruise this weekend. If you have time any other weekends, to hit us up at supermoto junkies.

The basic MSF course at LCC doesn't require a permit, if you take it then go to the dmv, you can skip the road test and permit phases. You just take the written test and get your endorsement.

Sorry. Should have elaborated. I require the rider to attend my MSF BRC. LCC suggests that you have a permit prior to attending. The written test and the permit test are the same thing at DMV.
