Alright, so i've been fortunate enough to have some very sound advice from people on this site. I've also read through all the stickies and I'm pretty sure I'm ready to start the upgrade procedure. Here's my list as it stands-- please let me know if you think I'm way off on anything.
The installations will be done by a local company near me, Rocket Rally. Thanks to "Wingless Wonder" who helped me find this site!!!
Base Car: 2006 Subaru Wrx STI
Aftermarket Parts: 4x Enkei RPM2 Wheels (18x8.0- 38mm offset); Perrin Silicon Turbo Inlet Hose; Perrin Intercooler Hose Kit; Aem Short Ram Intake; Perrin Drop in Panel Air Filter; Perrin Light Weight Crank Pulley; Cusco Rear 22mm Sway Bar; Cusco Front 22m Sway Bar; Whiteline Bushing Type Endlinks for Front and Rear; Rocket Rally Catted Downpipe; Rocket Rally Catless Uppipe; Rocket Rally Catback exhaust with 3inch tip; Rocket Rally Custom Dyno Tune (Includes COBB AP and Reflash).
I think this is a pretty solid setup. Please critique!

I'm pretty sure the AEM short ram has its own filter so an addition drop-in filter is not needed. Also, STI's already have catless up-pipes...no need to upgrade it really. I would also suggest getting your turbo port/polished to eliminate boost creep. Other than that....looks like a good setup
