New suby modder, need help deciding.

Hey guys, got an 06 wrx impreza limited and im planing to mod it a bit into a sleeper. I have a tight budget of 3000 bucks, including labor and tuning it and buying the stuff. I was thinking about getting some of these things but dont know if they would be good. So far i want this.

Borla hush catback

Perrin catless downpipe

New cobb accessport

cobb sf intake

defi gauges

defi link control unit II

and more eventually

I have several questions though,

->if i get the borla hush catback and add the catless 3" downpipe will that affect and make the hush to be louder and thus just a normal loud *** turbo back?

->On the cobb accessport can i reflash the ECU back to factory setting if i needed to take it back to warrenty?

->If i were to install these myself, would i still have to go to the tuner or will my accessport be able to configure it?

->Also i was thinking about adding the STi turbo, will it fit and will i have to buy other parts and such so it would function properly?

->Any other powerful turbos that can take 91oct? (because i live in Cali)

I dont really want to make my car TOO fast, but enough to smoke a stock STi and EVO. Frankly im tired of the disappointed faces i get when i tell them i have a regular WRX Impreza. I also need some suggestions on suspension and the next affordable step to upgrading my car. Thanks for the help, i really appreciate it.

Think really hard about what you just wrote, it'll come to you

->On the cobb accessport can i reflash the ECU back to factory setting if i needed to take it back to warrenty?

Yup

->If i were to install these myself, would i still have to go to the tuner or will my accessport be able to configure it?

Just make sure whatever tuner you choose has compatable equipment for the AccessPort

->Also i was thinking about adding the STi turbo, will it fit and will i have to buy other parts and such so it would function properly?

It's a drop in replacement. I can't recal if Cobb made a map for the VF39, but it's best to just get a custom tune for that set up anyway. And someone feel free to correct me on this, but I beleive your stock injectors and fuel pump will work fine for a VF39 swap. I would recomend going with a larger intercooler. Either the STI unit, or the eBay knock off unit (which is functionally better and cheaper than the STI i/c)

Lots and lots

I dont really want to make my car TOO fast yes you do, but enough to smoke a stock STi and EVO. Frankly im tired of the disappointed faces i get when i tell them i have a regular WRX Imprezascrew them. I also need some suggestions on suspension and the next affordable step to upgrading my cartires (there are too many different suspensions set ups for me to suggest one that's just right for you0 but you need better tires. Thanks for the help, i really appreciate itI know you do, thanks for playing along.
