I bought my 2010 STi in 2009, voided the warranty within the first two weeks. Now im sitting happy with a Stage 3+ car. Just saying this because sometimes it does work out. I feel for you OP, I really do. I would have lost my **** if it was me. You’re a better man I guess. Hope for a better resolution for that car.

cant go wrong by going to Fine Line Imports!!! They have a new mechanic named Jerob who cares more about customer’s subies then his own. Great tunes by Miles, safe and powerful. Who wants to go lean and a little faster for 50k miles when you can go fast for 200k+ miles… just a thought, if your in the santa rosa area.

COBB is going to replace it for free. with a one day turn around.

I am always make sure it is not backwords when I plug the cable in, it had to be someone who was messing in my car at the time of the ECU swap or just before the swap.

Capital Subaru did the ECU swap, they would not let me watch, so who knows how many people was in my car there. And we all know my cousin was messing with my car, and I did have a few friends sit inside my car while the motor work was being done. So I can't really say who broke the AccessPort. Some time between when I uninstalled the AP and when the ECU was swap. that was a 1 week window.

He came in for a tune with us last week and left with great power on E85 .

The car does seem to have some strange electrical gremlins like the driver's window intermittently not working. Very odd.
