blinking cruise light
Good Morning. I recently installed an injen cai on my 2005 sti. after a few days the check engine light came on and the cruise light blinks. Anyone else have a similar problem? Could this be caused by a bad ground? Thanks for your help. Wayne
It's probably your intake, pull the code an dpost it.

When the cruise control lamp flashes, take this indicator very seriously. It is not just a simple CEL, but a sign of something potentially damaging to your engine. Replace the intake with the factory airbox and filter element. Reset the ECU if the CEL does not go out on its own.

U could use the CIA, but you would most likely need some form of engine management. If you were planning on doing more mods to your ride in the future it would be a wise investment (EcuTek).

I thought that on the STi, whenever the Check Engine Light comes on, that the Cruise control becomes inop, and the Cruise light flashes, correct me if I'm wrong...
