Problems?

More power = earlier clutch death or bald tires on all 4 corners.

Can't imagine anything other than a failed emissions test slowin' ya down with an up and downpipe replacement.

The 2.2k ohm resistor in the EGT connector (uppipe) and a PEP Mil Eliminator took care of all my CEL concerns and I can't see how any major damage would occur later on from either of these great modifications.

After looking at all of the local Subies with different makes and models of parts - it seems like they all make about the same power.

We have a cross sampling of TXS, Perrin, Helix, PDE, etc. downpipes and all the cars are within acceptable driver error of eachother in quarter mile e.t.

Uppipes the same (TXS, PDE, Vishnu, etc.)

And no - I don't think there are any problems to worry about cropping up with the CEL fixes.
