Talking Putting STi parts into an 04 Wagon

One of my buddy's is giving me his pink STi springs and the STi intercooler from his 06 STi. Would any of these parts fit in my wagon?

Don't see why not. I have an 07 STI TMIC on my 04 fits fine. Just gotta bend the ac line a bit. As for the injectors no problem.

without a turbo upgrade/ tune. if you put the sti tmic intercooler on then you will see either no gains or an increase in lag.

So you're saying that it could be nothing or it could be bad?

I'm saying its not really worth it. unless you will be doing a turbo upgrade. if you dont do the turbo upgrade you might see an increase in lag. however when I put the sti topmount on when I was at stage 2, I myself felt no lag.
if you want a sti topmount and are not going the turbo upgrade you will have a little bling and decreased heat soak. but not really any power.

Well if he is giving them to you, take them. You can always use the IC later.

The suspension parts depends, most likely youll need to get some other parts to make it work (tophats??)

as for the intercooler, its a common swap, but if you arent going to do it, I'll take it from you :-D (you get some cash, and I could use the slightly larger intercooler)
