i have been getting the p0546 ( egt sensor circut high input)code ever since i returned my car to stock for my wife to drive. i think this means the egt's are too cold if i am not mistaken. could i have overtightened the egt sensor and shorted it out? what could be some other causes? any help is appreciated.

 

If the 1st cat isn't there it is normal...
If the first cat IS there then you probibly fragged the sensor...
Honestly tho' I haven't had a cat in sub zero weather... only catless.

 

anybody know where to pick one of these up online? last time i ordered through a dealer and had it sent to me, i never received the part so hopefully there's a vendor around here with some.
