My car is running rich, probably because of the BOV, but I was wondering if I turn up my boost with it lean out a little?

I have a Stage 1 SPO kit, 3inch stainless steal exhuast and the manual boost control. I haven't put on the boost control yet but I am doing it this weekend and I was going to set it at 15lbs.

If any of you experts can help it would be kool.

You will run rich between shifts due to your BOV, but only then. Turning up your boost will not rectify this problem as you are still removing air after the MAF sensor. These cars generally run rich under boost to control detonation - hence the 3 cats to burn up the excess fuel in the emissions. How do you know what AFR you are running at?
