i have a air fuel guage and when i drive the fuel is to rich and i lose gas. a full tank last me 230 miles at the most. this is not good. i have alot of mods on my car. what can i do to get better mileage??????? also my battery is in the trunk. i have heard that if you ground your engine with five lines to your battery it will save gas. True or not?? should i just move my battery back to the front? my guage shows that i have a very rich ruel ratio. what can i do?? also how can i see what clutch and flywheel i have. can i add injectors and pulley or do i have to retune the car again??

I can't answer the A/F mix question, But I CAN give ya this.

I only get 250miles out of a full tank in my STOCK 03WRX

I just think a lot of it has to do with our driving skills.

I believe I get into boost more often than not and I dont mean HIGH boost

I think its just somthing we gotta live with.

thanks for the info. i do not feel as bad. I wonder what is the stock MPG??? i get really bad miles but i do hit boost all the time.

Alot of the guys on here say they get anywhere from 20-23mpg city and 25-27highway.....(just an observation)

I figure its just how much/hard/how we drive, I quit worryin about it, I just hate that ya GOTTA use the Premium......Oh well

We have more fun than a Civic,..........Right? LOL!!
