Thumbs up

Hmmm...This is what I would look for...

1. Is the BOV "broken in". Brand new BOV's come with assembly lube, this is usually pretty thick stuff. With a Forge Bov it took a good month to really get going.

2. Is the BOV adjusted properly. Opening the Bov too much will cause the loss of boost. NOT a good thing. Just trace your steps starting with the instructions.

3. Read the instructions. Its always the LAST thing I do. "I can make it work, instructions suck...ooops, it broke. Where are those damn instructions!" lol Just read them again, maybe ya missed something.

4. Should everything be hooked up correctly, it could just be the BOV is not as loud as you first thought. In which case I have a Forge unit For Sale! lol This BOV rocks! =)

the thing you are twisiting is not a volume type deal. you twist it and make it too tight making it not open smoothly so thats why ur getting the broken psst. loosen it until it operates smoothly
