The dealer I go to is very mod friendly, thank god. They replaced it under warenty within the day 
They knew about the turboback and were fine with that. They only asked me if I had an MBC, cause that would void the waranty. They did not detect Cobb Stage 2, and I did not tell them since they didn't ask.
