Does Anyone Run Flowmaster
im lookin into buying the flowmaster american thunder cat-back system, but wanna know if anyone else is running this setup. most subie websites don't sell them, and don't even mention them. but, for 200 bucks, i dont see why not. but....they (flowmaster) dont have a sound clip for the wrx and no one has done a review for power or fitment.
if anyone knows anything about it, i would appreciate it. thanks

i had a '97 vw gti 2.0 with a flowmaster.
that thing sounded like a freaking tractor.
the wrx will sound outright scary with a flowmaster. (and the cats gone)

as far as i know its bolt on. i've decided to not buy the flow, because i dont wanna put a chambered muff on a turbo car......regardless of how it would sound...... dynomax it is!!!
If you want to run an American exhaust for whatever reason, Magnaflow makes a full WRX-specific catback as well as an axleback; looks a lot like the Greddy EVO (cannister-style) and is quite inexpensive.
