how much boost? 15 or so?????

17psi. You will not be able to get any more out of the dinky stock turbo. Then of course, fuel system and exhaust system play a role in this.

Are you running any type of engine managment? Cuz just using a MBC to crank up the PSI is a bad idea.

nope just the MBC, how bad is it to run more boost without the managment system? how much does one cost also?

You will be fooling the ecu with an mbc. You may get full boost at partail throttle with no extra fuel or timing changes. Cobb AP is like 600 or less used. I like my stage 2 Cobb. utec is like 1000 new and less used. Do some searches on MBC's i know that it was a big nono on the 04' but not sure about the 05'.
