Safe Percentages When Mixing Toluene

What are the safe percentages to Mixing this stuff to a tank of gas? I've read 10% all the way up to 30% is safe, so which one is it? I've heard that mixing high percentages of Oxygenated additives will eat up your fuel lines also. So, if I am at a 1/4 tank and I wanted to add Toluene to my next tank of gas, how much should I add and what octane will it be?

i use xylene. safe amount is to put 5-6 gallons of 92 octane with 1 gallon of xylene. that comes out to a good 95 octane rating...

xylene and tolulene are not oxygenates, btw--they are aromatics, which means they contain benzene, and are purely hydrocarbons.

alcohols contain oxygen.
