NEED FEEDBACK PLEASE! Max constant boost for stock turbo and wastegate

I am getting ready to have my UTEC installed and I am doing some research for my tuner(first WRX project). What is the maximum constant boost that the stock turbo and wastegate can handle without getting into "trouble". Also, does the UTEC have the ability to display(on laptop) in Real Time, the Air/Fuel Ratio? If so how large is the display and can you focus on this in full screen mode? Trying to get around havind to buy a wide band o2 monitor and display.I've been coming on this site for a while now and I know there is a lot of people with a wealth of knowledge on our cars( o2' WRX here), please help me out.Other mods are Injen C.A.I.,perrin uppipe,GFB adj. B.O.V., and Stromung Turbo-back system.

Some tuners stop at 16 psi for the stock TD04. You can easily turn the boost higher, but the TD04 will be out of its efficiency range and it will heat up the intake charge considerably with additional boost, no matter what intercooler you've installed. It's a product of its design.

I don't know much about the UTEC.

16psi... make sure if you use a boost controller to set it, set it in 3rd gear or higher...

It also depends on your rpm. Prodrive stage packs run the stock turbo at almost 19 psi for a region between 3-4k rpm. If you look at the compressor map, it's efficient at that point.
