help with ap vr.2

hey guys i just got it, i love how the power feels, but wat i'm trying to do is...it says it reads estimated hp, and 1/4 times but there are no directions for the thing, just for instalation...wassup with that? is there any on thier site? if anyone knows please send me it thanks...

havent been able to figure it out myself. I figured you need to hook up a laptop using their software in order to do this.
