car breaking up

car breaking up
I have done searches and havent found anything that really explains my problem. I have a 02 wrx with vf22, sti injectors
tt supra fuel pump, tt supra fpr, borla header, pde up and down pipes, greddy evo cat back (im catless), aps fmic 500, short ram intake, mbc set to 17psi and utec. Ok now heres my problem. When i try to do a little spirited driving and i get to around 4000-4500 rpms the car will start to break up, it doesnt jerk back and forth it just hesitates and doesnt let me givce it anymore gas. I thought it could be the spark plugs, but i put in brand new plugs and it still breaks up. The plugs are gapped correctly, and are one step colder. Any help is great!
