TiTek Catless Downpipe

TiTek Up-Pipe with Flex Joint
TiTek Innovations polished uppipe is made of SUS304 stainless just like our downpipes and have increased rigidity through the flex joint, which also aids for a much easier install. This piece is precisely tig welded with an EGT sensor bung. This uppipe will help increase in a quicker response for turbo spooling and increased horsepower throughout the power band. Includes all necessary hardware (gaskets, nuts, bolts).


COBB Uppipe – available in inconel or stainless steel

The COBB Tuning uppipe is designed for the turbo application vehicles, to reduce backpressure and increase exhaust flow to the turbo. The result is quicker turbo spool up time and more power!
Utilizing a gravity cast design, the uppipe comes in two offerings; 304Stainles Steel and a race grade higher heat dissipating Inconel unit. Both option come with or without the option for a pre-machined EGT (Exhaust Gas Temp) bung for the factory sensor. The uppipe is fully assembled and come pre-studded. Gasket from your stock unit would need to be reused or new gaskets purchased for the use of this unit.


COBB 3” Downpipe – available in catted and non-catted
The COBB Tuning turbo downpipe is one of the premier modifications most owners look to upgrade on their vehicle. By opening the diameter of exhaust flow coming out of the turbo, the downpipe unleash power where the stock restrictive unit lacks.
The COBB Tuning downpipe comes in two variants, street and race. The Street version comes with a single high flow catalytic converter, where the Race version downpipe lacks the cat, thereby freeing up an additional 1-3hp over the catted version. The Race version is recommended for dedicated track use. Perrin Rotated Turbo kits
When basic bolt ons won’t do or you have simply stalled out with the performance of the factory turbo then PERRIN’S Rotated Turbo Systems are the place to go! With kits that range in power totals from 250 WHP to more than 600WHP we have any boost junkies needs covered. PERRIN offers a range of turbos to fit a mild 2.0L engine, all the way to a crazy 2.5L wanting to break the 600WHP barrier.
The PERRIN Rotated Turbo kits include everything to bolt your turbo of choice to your properly tuned WRX/STI. The kits are designed to bolt to factory exhaust manifolds, and to factory catback exhaust. This allows the use of existing aftermarket headers, and catback exhaust systems to be used. The parts included with the kit are the uppipe, downpipe, PERRIN/Tial 44mm External Wastegate, Silicone intake system w/BigMAF housing, Intercooler pipe connectors, Oil lines for either WRX or STI, coolant lines, and PERRIN PyroShield hose cover, and of course your choice of a Garrett GT2860RS, GT2871R, GT3071R, GT3076R, GT3582R, and GT4088R.
Simply add your front mount intercooler, fuel system, ECU tuning, clutch, cat-back and you are ready to claw apart the surface of your local racetrack! All systems have a fully recirculated wastegate vent to prevent fire, noise and stench. These kits are not for the faint of heart and it is best to speak Derek before ordering. Forced Performance 8cm TD06 FP20G
This turbo comes with all water lines as well as oil drain tube with gasket BOLTED ON. This turbo has also been fully ported by FP. It also comes with the 8cm hotside which is perfectly matched with any 2.5L Subaru Engine.

The 8cm Hotside will not increase Lag substantially (maybe 100-200 rpm) but will increase top end holding power. The 20G with TD06 is a perfect match for the 2.5L Subaru's for a daily driver setup. PSI and flow rates with proper tuning will keep your stock motor running for a long time. Turbo is capable of low 12 second passes on pump gas and is a wonderful turbo for autocross and track cars.

Do not forget about the injectors and fuel pump with your turbo upgrade:

PE Injectors
PWR offers “top feed” and “side feed and the multi spray ports injectors. The 1 & 2 spray port paterns, depending on the engine's intake port system are PWR's unique designs. A typical hi-efficient DOHC 4 valve engine has two port intakesystem which the PWR two spray port injector can be greatly benefited. Multi spray port injectors are designed for higher level of combustion by avoiding atmized fuel hit on the wall of a intake port and flowing in dropplets. The injector sprays fuel in 150-200 microns on the back of a valve head without hitting against the wall of a intake port. When the injector size becomes larger the mentioned problem become worse, but PWR developed unique two ports injectors to minimise the inefficiency for many of today's engine applications. The fact is when it's compared to the same amount of fuel passing through the PWR big injectors and the out put horse power for any engine, none of other injectors can compete.


Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
Essential for modified vehicles requiring more fuel than the stock injectors can provide, when upgrading injectors it is always recommended to add a high pressure fuel pump.

Bosch Motorsports 044 Fuel Pump
The Bosch "044" Motorsport in-line fuel pump is stronger and arguably more reliable than the Walbros, this is the genuine article from Bosch Motorsports.
It is ideal for high pressures (4bar+) and supplied bare: M18x1.5 inlet, M12x1.5 outlet. Compatible with stock intank pump and stock fuel lines. Surge tank is recommended for output >500hp.
