my previous 2 hondas did that, the synchros were goin out, im guessin thats the problem here, does it go into gear easier say if you push the clutch twice to shift into gear (ex: first gear at a stop), does it go into gear easier if you hold the clutch down longer?

It's probably just becuae the oil is cold and doesn't run as freely as when it's warm or hot. My WRX has done it from day one. It's always a little "stickier" when trying to get it in gear. It usually requires alittle more effort to get it in each gear. Does it go away right when it's warmed up?

Yea I can vouch for that, the tranny is a bit trickier when its cold. You know what throws me off is when I am trying to shift around and my idle is at like 1000-1500 because I just started the engine, and it just puts me out of whack sometimes lol.
