I just finally got my car back together,I installed a new clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and faced my flywheel.I tried to start it and it sounds like someone sticking something in the spokes of a bicycle. Also when I press in the clutch it's real light and doesn't have any pressure to it.I spent my whole weekend off working on it just to have it not work.If anyone could give me some info that would be great. Then I can stop pulling my hair out and hitting myself in the head.

Allright...found the problem, the damn dust shield was bent when I installed the tranny,so when the pressureplate would spin it would rub against that beeoch. So I took it all the way apart again, just to find that out.now I have it all the way back together.I go to start it and it cranks up,for 1 second then stops. So thats the new problem. While I had the tranny out the first time I figured that it would be easy to install a upipe. It only took a little while to do but when putting back the senser in the up pipe I broke it when trying to bend it to fit in there.Just the little needle like piece that went inside the nasty stock upipe.Other than that me and my friends cannot figure this one out.Every thing sounds great but it won't stay running.Any help would be great if anyone has some experience working on wrx's,I know its only a select few.

Well allready found the problem.I custom made a short ram intake and welded the maf mount on backwards. So I put the stock air box back on and it cranked right up.But the new problem is that now I have a broken transmission, with a new clutch. !!Oh yeah Chibby Goku you might want rethink your benign replies, because I am too immature and ignoarant to ignore what I perceive to be a personal slight from someone I have never met before, thereby causing me to rant and rave like a stubborn child.
