DOGBOX No way on the street?

Does anyone have this and drive it on the street and if so what do you think? This seems like a strong trans option and that it would be fun to drive if it werent for the supposed horrible noise.

yes some have them and drive them on the street too. some dogbox's can be had with only the first three gears straight cut so you don't have to worry about noise at highway speeds. here is some good reading
