I was wondering if anyone had or could point me in the right way for some directions on installing a clutch and flywheel in a 02 WRX.

I just did it on my car but the fU#@er won't work. Its a hell of a job but it can be done.I would recommend having a friend or 2 help you.The hardest part is seperating the engine from the tranny, second hardest part is putting them back to together.Every thing else is pretty simple.Oh yeah also having the factory tranny manual helps.

Make sure you have the book and all the tools and a spare car to use to drive to an auto parts store/the dealer to get parts if necessary.

Theyre pretty easy, but tedious. A lot of stuff to do and its best to be clean and organinzed, but anyway order a Helms Manual online. Theyre about 80 bucks, but you can tear your car down and put it back together with the thing. Great.

The throwout bearing and clutch lever rod designs are unique to say the least. Just make sure to take a look at everything coming off so you can put it all back together the same way.
