the only skirmish is when the mustangs rev at us like they are untouchable. I like to prove them wrong.

I dont really have an issue with them, because I smoke most in my area, in fact...never lost to one yet. I just think they are funny...thats all.

I am not bashing on you....after all its up to you what you want to do. Your right...a fast car is a fast car, no matter what it is.

Isn't a Mach 1 a 4.6 Liter engine? I could be wrong, I don't know the V8's too well, but I thought it had the same sized engine as the Roush.

So pretty much every one of those guys has slicks on right? thats the F on the car? and if they didn't its got a chip on it with the "M" I'm sorry but is there an unmodded stang on there without slicks? and wtf does the 5.0 mean? It can't be the engine size becuase its 4.6L..

If it was the engine size then thats not a mach 1 its an older mustang with stuff done to it.

and just as a side note.. I really didn't see codes for hopped up engines like upgraded cams, high compression pistons, or stroker kits...

on that very note you know that a 4.6L engine thats stroker'd is 5.0L right?

why not get an SVT Cobra, Supercharged -Horsepower: 390 hp @ 6,000 rpm
-Torque: 390 lb.-ft. @ 3,500 rpm and has a 6 speed tranny.

the Mach 1 on the other hand... -Horsepower: 305 hp @ 5800 rpm
-Torque 320 lb-ft. @ 4200 rpm

Not really impressed with the Mach 1!!

That's funny. I do a post about a Roush v. a WRX, and the thread turns into a Mach 1 thread. Anyone else have any experiences with a Roush stage 2? We'll prob do a run within the next month together (Jared, keep it quiet pls).
