i think it's because your spark plugs or something like that is missing, it's not exactly sync with your engine. or something like that. i know what ur talking about, i just can't seem to put it in words, maybe someone else can. but that's normal, i've seen that on a lot of car with aftermarket exhaust...it's like vroooommm *SNAP CRACKLE POP* kinda sound...heh
