I got beat by an srt4 on top end. all of a sudden, he just took off at 105mph (must be NOS and some kind of mods. with his big-*** intercooler).
I still think my car is way better though.

whoa, this thread got way out of hand. I am going to close it for the time being seeing how the two arguing parties state that they are finished arguing and hopefully it will provide some time for the two sides to cool off some.

Oh and the mustang has been selling so well over the last 40+ years because the American general public is too stupid to know what a good car is. I have drive 30+ mustangs of varying years and only one that I drove I didn't say to myself, "wow, this car is a complete pos."
although I will say that the new mustangs are much nicer than its predecessors.
