.. let me start off by apologizing. pretty much im like a toddler, jus so freaking curious and im starting to annoy myself now :/.. but i can't help it, i jus wanna learn!! arghh.. anyways to the point.. i've seen some vids and races and read up on some STi's racing SRT-4's and you guys would always conclude with the phrase "oh you know what happens then." im assuming about the roll on races? what happens? SRT-4 vs STi both bone stock, from a stop who wins? meaning never ending road.. will the SRT-4 eventually pull on it?!? and let's say you guys were going from 30-40mph roll, and both punched it... who'd win?? thanks!!!!! love you all so much

 

From a dead stop, both given a very good driver, the STI will walk on the SRT-4, bone stock. Even if it's to the end of the speedometer.

should i say.. roll on battles hehehe.. but what happens?? i just wanna know, roughly 30-40 mph range and take off, who'd win, by how much? will either be able to eventually catch up to another?

 

You can probably get a good idea from the ¼-mile trap speeds of the two cars. The one with the higher trap speed has a better power-to-weight ratio and consequently more top end power. Bear in mind that at high speeds, vehicle aerodynamics will come into play, too.
