Wrx Related, Stevens Creek Mitsubishi....San Jose BAIC HELP!!

OK, this is the deal, Stevens Creek Mitsu has a 2003 WRX for sale, white in color and about 14,000 miles. I drove the car today and it made a blow-off valve type of noise when i let off the gas. So i said to myself " this thing has a BOV". So I pop open the hood and see there is no BOV, nothing at all.

I need some help from someone in San Jose who lives near Steven Creek Mitsu. Just need someone to check it out, is there something on a wrx that can be removed to still make a BOV noise wthout installing a aftermarket BOV. I've driven many Wrx's in the past 2 weeks to find the right one.

Thanks in advance

**I know im a newbie but im transferring from the Honda-tech forum cause my R got jacked and want a WRX realll baddd, so please someone help me out**

My car makes a pretty nice BOV noise even with the stock BPV. Are you really hearing it go atmospheric?

Did it have the milk jug? The silencer that's in the passenger side fender? You could leave the stock instake and the filter box in place and it would make that noice audibly if the jug was removed.
