Maybe, just maybe, this thread could become the antithesis of the 'convention' thread. It could become 'The Thread of Tranquility', where everybody gets along, we think first before posting, and nobody blows a gasket over internet postings.

Not bad. It lasted almost ten minutes before the first sign of hostility. This is a work-in-progress so I take it as a positive sign.
